I love the aesthetics of this intro for Playgound Festival by Onesize.

I love the freeze frame effects are really nice how they contrast so much to the action in the frame. Then the rapid still shots really break it up and leave you wondering when they might strike again.

Definitely worth a look, or two.

I’m really digging Mayer Hawthorne at the moment, this clip is directed by Henry DeMaio.

This track was realease on a red heard-shaped vinyl. Which makes this clip that much cooler. I really like how it shows all the different kinds of relationships.

Check it out.

Here a clip for The Roots directed by bbgun.

I love the cinematography on this clip. It gives it a real documentary feel, like they just went out and shot a heap of footage of the neighbourhood. It’s reminiscent of  Mark Romanek’s clip for Jay Z’s 99 Problems.

Check it out.

I’m not too sure why i’ve been missing out on The Big Pink but I’m glad their in my life now. Here is the video for their tune Dominoes directed by Tim Saccenti.

It’s got some great colour to the whole thing and it’s one of the more interesting ‘band playing music’ kind of videos around at the moment. Yes I know, slow motion is getting a bit old, it still looks awesome though.
