This commercial by BBH for Ally Bank is a classic.
The kids expression at the end sums it up perfectly. I wonder if they didn’t fill the kids in on what was going to happen so they could get some good expressions from them. I’d probably do something cruel like that.

Virgile is the new short film by Flying V, Clément Soulmagnon and Gary Levesque. The creators of Gary and Yankee Gal.
Virgile changes himself into some rather strange manly characters in order to woo a girl he meets in the park. It’s got some nice little touches that make it. My favorite is the pole vaulting knight.
Flying V have a pretty cool style that sort of sits in the “3D but 2D” area. Definitely suits their sense of humor.
Fan the Fire is a pretty cool mix of Music, Film, Fashion and Art. They even just released a version for the iPhone which you can have a gander at in iTunes here.
Sure, I’m a big nerd so the only thing that made me look twice was the fact that I could get it on my phone. But I’m glad I took that second look because They’re actually reviewing movies and music that I might care about. They might even review them for what they are: “For a CGI-heavy, all-action adventure film, Transformers was more or less perfect.” Dam right it was, I know I went to see it for the action and VFX, not for the plot.
There’s a huge mass of online magazines out there, and I’m not saying this is the holy grail, but add it to the list.
I wonder how many trains they had to get on for this new Budweiser Ad by DDB London?
The concept reminds me of this Chemical Brothers clip by Michel Gondry. I guess it’s taking this concept to the next level. Perhaps DDB London has some Gondry fans on the team?
