Click 3X relaunch their site

c3x site

Click 3X have just relaunched their site. They’re a self described ‘Digital Studio’, so they do a bit of everything, based in New York.

It’s got a pretty shiny video player that’s great to use, though it doesn’t buffer very well for me, and plenty of nice content to boot. I like the fluid feel of it all and there are some nice subtle touches. I love the background images in the grid.

Check it out.

We Were Promised Jetpacks – Roll Up Your Sleeves

Second single for We Were Promised Jetpacks from Glasgow.

They’ve gone with the “cutout meets 3D meets The 80′s” theme . Gotta say, as strange as that sounds, I’m digging it.

Blur playing live again?!

Video not available

Blur are back on the scene and playing gigs again! What is this 1988? No, but they did play the in the same venue as their first gig back in the day. The East Anglian Railway Museum, what a strange place for a gig… But they can do anything in my books because I’m insanely jealous. They also rocked a secret gig somewhere in London.

I’ve already seen The Pixies and Rage Against the Machine, two bands i thought I’d never see tour, maybe I’ll get to see Blur after all.

Time to whip out those old albums and imagine what it would be like if they came to Aus.

BrotherSister – Still Run

[vimeo]http://www.vimeo.com/4601855]

This is a pretty cool clip for BrotherSister’s “Still Run”. This is the work of Shilo, a collective of directors responsible for some pretty awesome work.

Basically he just runs for an extended period of time… All Anchorman quotes aside, this is a great clip. Simple idea but its got some really nice attention to details that makes it.

The Vendor Client relationship – in real world situations

This is a great viral video by Scofield Editorial. When they put it like this it really does seem crazy…

From vendorclientvideo.com:
Every relationship has a story. “The Vendor Client Relationship” is a story that connected with more than half a million viewers in less than 14 days. When a story goes viral, it is finding a truth, touching a nerve or making people laugh. That’s what we do. It’s come as a surprise to many that this very viral video was created in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was. And that’s another story.
